Scape American Bistro, located in Saint Louis, MO, is a classy eatery that serves up a variety of contemporary American cuisine. Choose from menu options including appetizers, salads, pork, chicken, steak, burgers, seafood, pasta, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their many pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal (call ahead to be sure that the patio isn't reserved for an event.) Start off with an order of the Shishito Peppers - charred, and finished with a thyme-lemon yogurt sauce. Next, chow down on the Lobster Pappardelle with house-made pasta, seared lobster, asparagus, crispy pork, and a brown butter-miso sauce. Or go for the Ribeye with wild mushrooms, cipollini onions, braised artichoke hearts, fingerling potatoes, and chimichurri. Scape American Bistro is open Tuesday through Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, Friday through Saturday from 5pm to 11pm, and Sunday from 10am to 2:30pm.
