      No raw food via takeout

      We were hoping to eat some raw oysters with our dachshund in Newick’s outside area. However, according to Newick’s staff, raw takeout is not allowed in New Hampshire. So we had to go
      elsewhere. Also, outdoor seating (take out only) was slim. Not a great spot, I’m afraid.

      Takeout and Sit By Water

      Similar experience to previous poster, but we liked our food! You couldn’t come solo with a dog - someone has to go into the restaurant and place order them pick up. Then you bring your food over to the picnic tables and eat.

      A Fair Experience

      This was a fair experience while looking for seafood in the area. There is no true outdoor seating here with service. You have to order from
      The takeout window and bring the food out back near the loading dock area where they have some picnic tables. The view is nice from here but not the truly dog friendly experience offered in nearby Portland restaurants.
      The food was mediocre. Chowder milky and thin. Lobster roll so-so. Fries and coleslaw were delicious.
