This popular burger chain puts the pressure on their burgers, literally, by smashing them to achieve a sear and bit of crisp to your burger. You can get burgers like Bacon Cheeseburger, Avocado Club, and the Classic Smash. Substitute chicken if you prefer. You can get Smash Fries, tossed with olive oil and herbs, to go along with your meal. Using Haagen Daaz ice cream, Smashburger is also making thick, hand-spun milkshakes.
