    Vinaigrette is a salad bistro that claims to raise the "salad bar" with gourmet, entree salads served in a dog-friendly environment. Vinaigrette offers thirty outdoor tables with back gate access for dogs and their salad-loving owners. The bistro's menu includes "bright and zippy" salads such as its Asian Chopped Salad, Cherry Tart, and Greek salads, "savory" salads such as its All Kale Caesar!, Cobb, and Eat Your Peas salads, "a little sweet" salads such as The Beet Goes On, Apple-Cheddar Chop, and Arugula Duck salads, along with "in balance" salads such as French Frisee, Spinach-Mushroom, and Salacho salads. Starters, sides, sandwiches, and soups are also available. Frequent visitors recommend ordering Erin's Mac and Cheese to accompany your leafy meal and a slice of Rockstar Carrot Cake to top it all off.       Wonderfully fresh food!

      We loved our lunch here on the dog-friendly patio while passing through town on our way home from vacation. They greeted our dog with big smiles and brought her a bowl of water right away. The patio is very shaded with shade sails and umbrellas. Lots of plants planted out there made it feel like a secret garden where we chose to sit. Great service and lunch was delicious!

      So yummy!

      perfect place for our puppies to hang while we dine. The fuchsia was amazing. salads so yummy. Excellent tuna melt and delicious carrot cake. They brought out water immediately for our pups.
