Branding itself as 'very serious about BBQ,' Adam's Ribs BBQ on Main Street is a dog-friendly restaurant serving smoked meats and homemade sides to Buffalo locals and tourists alike. Visitors to Adam's can head to one of its three outdoor tables to dig into a plate of slow-smoked ribs alongside their canine. The restaurant's menu is made up of appetizers such as Breaded Pickle Chips and Corn Nuggets, slow smoked chicken and turkey dishes, bar-b-q ribs, pork and beef dishes, rib sandwiches and fries, burgers, hot dogs, and Off The Beaten Path meals such as a Three Vegetable Dinner, Fish Sandwich, Smoked Pork Salad, Fried Chicken Sandwich, and 'Fire Cracker' Fried Shrimp, served with two sides and ranch sauce. We called ahead and they had a table set up for us in the back that was a bit off to the side. Not much of a view however good food with nice people.
