Their kitchen prepares recognizable tacos, burritos, fajitas, nachos, and salads, and also a number of menu items you won't find anywhere else, such as Roastitios, Buffitos, and Bowlitos. Everything on the menu can be topped off with their very own sauce, available in mild, medium, hot, or top-secret extra hot. If you feel like trying something a little different, you may want to give the Mighty Q Cheese a shot. This grill-pressed quesadilla-styled burrito is a hot, crisped wheat or white tortilla filled with melted cheese, including jalapeno or mild banana peppers, and a choice of sauces.
