Dog owners can head to one of Harbor Perk's two outdoor tables to sip on their drink while Fido lounges underfoot. The coffee shop's menu includes frozen drinks, smoothies, small bites such as biscotti, muffins, bagels, and baked goods, as well as lattes, cappuccinos, chai lattes, mocha, fresh roasted coffee, fresh press, teas, and more.       Not dog friendly inside

      The door has a clear sign that says NO DOGS. You can't drink coffee with your dog outside if you can't even order it.
