Alley Cat Oyster Bar is a waterfront restaurant in the Flats East Bank entertainment district of Cleveland and has views of the Cuyahoga River and plenty of pet-friendly seating outside. Stop by for brunch or dinner, and order up some East Coast oysters, which come as raw, baked, or stuffed. As for entrees, there are Lobster Rolls, Grilled Octopus, and the Surf and Turf Burger, topped with shrimp spread. There are micro brew drafts and bottles, plus craft cocktails and wines to go along with your meal.

Great view of Cuyahoga River from the patio. Wonderful food and drink. Staff is very dog and people friendly, several came over to our table and made a fuss over our pup. Staff genuinely seemed happy that she was as there. Nice metal bowl full of ice water was much appreciated on a hot summer day.
