    35 Brix, located in Uniontown, OH, is a trendy wine bar and American eatery that serves up a myriad of delicious dishes. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their ten pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal (pups must be leashed.) Start off with a glass of wine, then chow down on the Chicken and Waffles - Southern-fried buttermilk chicken strips atop a malted waffle, served with pure Ohio maple syrup, Ohio clover honey, and sweet cream butter. Or go for the Fried Green Tomato BLT with thick-cut Ohio tomatoes breaded in masa flour and panko then fried to perfection, topped with romaine, sweet red onion, Brix bacon, and Cajun aioli. 35 Brix is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm, Friday from 11am to 11pm, Saturday from 12pm to 11pm, and Sunday from 10am to 9pm.       Beautiful Patio

      I selected 35 Brix based on the previous reviews regarding pups receiving a water dish and snacks. The patio was beautiful - definitely dog friendly and the food was excellent!! No water nor snacks for my pup, though.

      Warmest welcome!

      We were greeted at the parking lot and led like vips to the spacious patio for dinner with our 3 kids and 2 large labradors. Very quickly we had water bowls, treats and even homemade toys for our dogs. The owner also came out to say hello and explained his daughter makes totally for all the dogs. We all had a wonderful meal and couldn’t have had a better evening.

      Great patio, friendly pet friendly patio. Staff provided water and snacks for our beagle. Awesome drinks and food
