Valley Cafe's menu includes breakfast dishes such as its Valley Breakfast Sandwich, Oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar, and milk, Belgium Waffles, Thick Texas French Toast, a Greek Omelette, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, and Country Fried Steak.
