- TaniaJul 31, 2022Amazing place
I visited for the first time yesterday and the food and services were great. Pets have to be in the outside tables, and there's plenty of water and fans to keep them cool.
- AshlieApr 19, 2022A Must Visit!
We were here in December of 2021 and they were super dog friendly! We vacation in Sanibel yearly and eat here every time because we LOVE their breakfast, but this was the first time we came with our dog. The waitress brought him a bowl with water and they even have a menu for dogs! Will definitely be back!

This is an amazing place to eat on the patio. lots of funny art work and great people watching. They brought my little dog a bowl of ice water after a long day site seeing and walking. they even have a puppy menu and my dog said the puppy burger was delicious. Definitely going here again.

We stopped by Island cow with our pup and 3 kids for lunch. Although busy when we arrived, there was lots to do with corn hole and other games outside while we waited. Great service and food, even have a menu for the dogs!
- Lady CaptivaNov 7, 2021Excellent experience!
Very dog friendly. They brought out a dog menu and we ordered chicken for Lady Captiva. They served it on a frisbee that we could take home. The waitress even noticed that her collar and leash were purple and brought a purple frisbee. They had several vegetarian options and were very accommodating. We enjoyed the live music as well.

- JillApr 26, 2021Great Breakfast
This place was extremely dog friendly with great food ! The majority of tables are outside. It had a laid back feel with friendly servers who had dog bowls ready for the fur babies - My Finley loved seeing the 3 iguanas they had in the backyard in a huge cage - They also serve lunch and dinner with adult beverages 😍

Enjoyed an early lunch and this place did not disappoint!! Everything was delicious from the yummy muffins with lots of butter, the fresh salad, they even made a scallop po-boy into an appetizer for hubby, Fresh, delicious, great service, cold brews. Moderately priced for a resort town. TONS of parking. We'll be back.....

What a gem! The food is amazing and the staff very friendly. They immediately filled our sweet girl’s bowl we brought with fresh cold water. Shared the seafood fajitas with my hubby and almost had leftovers! Can’t wait to try more from the menu!

Got there at 7:20 tonight and had to wait about half an hour for an outside table. We had our 3 kids with us; golden, lab and chihuahua. The wait was well worth it. Nice table outside. Water for the dogs. Food was wonderful; stone crab and paella. Most of the staff came over to our table and made a fuss over our kids. Very dog friendly.

Food was great! Very dog friendly. Ice in her water bowl. My husband a chicken cordon blue sandwich and I had the best tuna melt in my life! Will definitely be back

This was our first time taking our rescue dog to a restaurant and it was the perfect first time. Our dog was calm as everybody was friendly and smiling at her and the outdoor tables were great and cool for an August morning. Eggs Benedict didn't disappoint either!

- RebeccaMore than a year agoEnthusiastic welcome for our two dogs
Our dogs were greeted as soon as we arrived. They made special efforts to seat us in a place where our older greyhound could lay on her blanket. The hostess brought our dogs water, even before we were seated. After asking if it was okay, they gave our dogs some hushpuppies, which were quite delicious.
My friend had the tuna steak salad, and she enjoyed it a lot. The tuna was very good quality, and the greens were quite fresh and delicious. I had the seafood quesadilla, and the seafood was fabulous and fresh.
There were other guests with dogs, and all dogs were very quiet and relaxed. The patio was very comfortable, and they had a big fan to keep everyone cool. We will certainly go back to the Island Cow.

We love the Island Cow Restaurant ! I called ahead to confirm that dogs were still allowed. They were very friendly and brought our doggie fresh water. The staff was very attentive and our food was amazing. Other dogs were there with their owners also. We recommend it!
