After a choice is made, the handcrafted pizzas are fired in their eight-hundred-degree display oven. The popular pizzas that are available include the Lucy Sunshine, mozzarella, parmesan, artichokes, garlic, and dollops of red sauce. If you're not in the mood for pizzas, you can indulge in one of the salads on the menu, such as the Caesar salad: romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, asiago cheese, diced tomatoes, and croutons.
