The kitchen churns out a mashup of Mexican, Southeast Asian, and Spanish cuisine made fresh every day. Their burritos are prepared with Mexican rice made from scratch with tomato juice, Spanish onions, fresh carrots, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, and garlic.
