At Newport Creamery on Tiogue Avenue, you'll find five dog-friendly tables outside. They offer a family-friendly atmosphere to enjoy some classic American fare. You can start your meal off with an appetizer, like some chicken tenders, battered and fried to a delicious golden hue and served with your choice of dipping sauce. After you've enjoyed your appetizer, you can indulge in a waffled grilled cheese, such as the Cubano Waffled Grilled Cheese, sliced honey ham topped with melted Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, tangy mustard, and pickles. You can follow up your main meal with some homemade ice cream for dessert. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.
