Gilligan's Seafood, located in Johns Island, is a casual seafood eatery that serves up a variety of tasty dishes. Choose from menu options including starters, raw bar, steamers, soups, salads, seafood, sausage, sandwiches, tacos, burgers, beef, chicken, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their six pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with an order of the Fried Green Tomato and Crabcake Stack - a lump crabcake stacked between two lightly-fried green tomatoes and drizzled with a creamy Cajun sauce. Next, chow down on Gilly's Steam Pot with steamed shrimp, crab legs, clams, sausage, red potatoes, corn on the cob, and onions, in a lemon-garlic-butter broth. Or go for the Southwest Mahi Mahi Tacos topped with crunchy cabbage tossed in a sesame-sriracha aioli.

The patio is open to dogs and everyone who works here will 100% come by to say hello! we came on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty - the seafood tasted fresh even though 99% of the menu is fried. no dog bowls for water or anything but I also brought my own bc it was dinner time for Patch. I can imagine it being overwhelming at certain times of the day, esp not on a holiday weekend, but this visit was great. Would I come back? Yes.
