If meatless eats sounds good to you, then indulge in their black bean taco salad: mixed salad greens and organic blue corn chips, topped with black bean and roasted corn mix, and garnished with cheddar, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Southwest spices, served with salsa on the side.
