Jefe is a dog-friendly restaurant with four tables outside. Located on N Lamar Boulevard in Austin, the chefs at Jefe bring you modern takes on classic Mexican and Spanish favorites. Start your dining experience off with some brussel sprouts Mexicano: sprouts roasted with bacon, tomatoes, onions, and garlic olive oil, finished with hazelnuts, cilantro, and Cotija cheese. Follow your sprouts up with one of their taco options, including carne asada, carnitas pork, or tinga chicken. You can wash your Mexican meal down with a specialty cocktail, such as Dragon's Tail or Lost In Translation.
