  My phone got stolen!

  My boyfriend and I went to the restaurant yesterday at 11.15 and we spend around three hours there. We discussed how the waiters were not very serviceminded, which we thought was very unproffesional when you look at their prices. It is not very expensive but it is rated as a very nice restaurant. The place is beautiful, the view is stunning, the food is amazing but the staff is the people who sets the mood of the atmosphere and there were no smiles. Our waiter literally said "Try it" when he gave us our food. There are three rowes of benches on the terrace and we were sitting next to the restaurant building because of the shaddow. Everyone wants to sit as close to the view as possible and therefore, noone was sitting at the tables in our row. My bag, phone,, jacket etc were lying at the end of the table in the end of the table towards the restaurant building. When we left the restaurant, I wrote a note on the back of the slip about all the success factors for the business but also that the staff should smile more and be more polite/serviceminded. We went to the memorial for 10 minutes which is beautiful (there was no people because it was a weekday). When we got to the car we realised that the phone was left at the table in the restaurant. My boyfriend went there and came back emptyhanded. That did not make sense to me and I went there. They said that when our waiter cleaned the table there was nothing but plates. I ended up phoning the police to file a report and they arrived. They said that it was clear what happened but they can not accuse which is understandable and I just wanted to file a report so that they can see a connection if something happens again. The owner and manager did not handle the situation very good and did not take me serious. I felt that if I had been a bling bling women with my bling bling husband who had a lot of bling bling friends then they would have taken me more serious and they would have handled this different! Don't ever leave your stuff there - it won't be there when you return after 10 minutes! I was amazed and I am still!
