The pitmasters at Miller's Bar-B-Q slow smoke their meat in wood-fired pits using aged mesquite wood that gives it the smoky flavor barbeque fans have grown to adore. The menu includes a number of meaty sandwiches served with a pickle, including sliced beef, ham, sausage, chicken salad, boneless chicken breast, and turkey.
