Edoko has a large menu of sushi, sashimi, and maki where you will find California Roll with Snow Crab, Edoko Fire Roll, and Ocean Beauty Roll. Previous guests recommend the French Kiss, which has spicy tuna, spicy crab, and cajun seared tuna. Rice and noodle dishes are available, including Yakisoba Chicken and Bouillabaisse Nippon. Open Monday through Thursday 11:15am to 2:30pm and 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday 11:15amto 2:30pm and 5:00pm to 11:00pm, Saturday 5:00pm to 11:00pm, and Sunday 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
