Hikari's menu is made up of many appetizers, soups, salads, hibachi, teriyaki, noodles, don, wok, fried rice, tempura rolls, no rice rolls, baked rolls, sushi, sashimi, and Asian Fusion entrees such as a Seafood Pancake, Spicy Stir-Fried Squid, Bul-Go-Gi, and Dol Sot Bibimbab. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in Mocha Ice Cream or a Mini Cheese Cake. Hikari Sushi and Grill is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 10:30pm and Sunday from 11:00am to 9:30pm.
