Dog owners can head to one of Flacas' few outdoor tables to swirl, sniff, and sip a glass of wine alongside their canine companion. A water bowl is provided for Fido so no one gets parched. Flacas Fitness and Brews' cafe menu includes light and hearty meals such as starters, street tacos, salads, wraps, nachos, all day breakfast dishes, and smoothies. Diners with a sweet tooth can even out their workout with Chocolate Chipotle Mousse, house made with Wiseman House Chocolate. Flacas Fitness and Brews is open Monday from 8am to 4pm, Tuesday from 8am to 10pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 4pm, Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
