Catfish Station serves up fast and fresh, casual, cajun cuisine including combinations of fried or blackened shrimp, and of course plenty of catfish. House favorites include the cajun sausage with red beans and rice, catfish and grits, shrimp creole, crawfish pie and chicken and sausage gumbo.
