Sal y Pimienta
Sal y Pimienta serves South American cuisine to their four dog-friendly tables outside. The chefs provide a modern twist on South American recipes and utilize organic selections from land and sea. Although they offer familiar favorites like pasta, salads, and casseroles, you could be a bit more adventurous and order a South American delicacy, such as the Chivito de Lomo al Plato: thin slices of Uruguayan grass-fed tenderloin with ham, pancetta, provolone cheese, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, pickles, red bell peppers, and olives, served with salad and mixed greens with a vinaigrette dressing. Sal y Pimienta is open Sunday through Wednesday from 9am to 12am and Thursday through Saturday from 9am to 2am.
