A family owned and operated bakery making baked goods since 1896, Collin Street Bakery is a dog-friendly spot to enjoy a treat in Lindale. Visitors to the Bakery can head to one of its four outdoor tables to dig into a Pecan Cake made from an Old-World German recipe. Collin Street's menu is made up of its Deluxe Fruitcake, cheesecakes, cakes, pies, old-fashioned cookies, and Texas Pecan Cakes.
