    Very rude manager

We were on the patio for dinner with our 11 lb teacup dog. Our little dog had his paws on the table while he was eating out of his bowl. We were just about done with our meal and the manager came out just screaming at us, told us to leave and to never come back, we were not welcome in their restaurant. He claimed to have told us several times before about our dog’s paws on the table, even though we had never seen him before. If there was an issue with my dogs paws on the table he should have politely told us that it was not allowed in their restaurant and please don’t let him on the table in the future. The managers behavior was unacceptable… he needs people skills! We take our little dog too all the restaurants on bring Fido and have never witnessed such an ordeal. Everyone else thinks our dog is well behaved and love having him as a guest! I guess the Cozy Grape doesn’t sanitize their tables after people leave, that’s why they are so worried about a little pups paws!

    Rude, lying hostess (mgr?)

I'd give 0 'bones' if that was an option.
My husband and I, along with our daughter and our pup went there last night...Saturday night at 8 pm. They close at 11. We went to check in, were told to wait while they checked for available seating. 15 minutes later we were told sorry, they're full. My husband offered to wait and then we were told that it would take 30 minutes. We discussed it for a minute, decided the wait time was okay. My husband went back and told her we'd be staying. She said to give her a minute and she'd see if anyone was close to leaving. She closed the door on us and then almost immediately opened it back up (not long enough to check anything) to let us know that she had just seated a table of 6 and 8 (although no one had come in while we were waiting) and that the kitchen was running behind. She said they wouldn't be able to serve us at all for the remaining 3 hours that they would be open. We will never go back there again.

    Great covered patio for dogs

Big, small, multiple well behaved dogs welcome here on the patio. The owners are very dog friendly. Just go to the back entrance for the patio. They always bring water (with ice if it's hot out) and they will make some food for pups also. chicken breast, scrambled eggs...
