This Vietnamese cuisine spot has specialties like pho, stir-fry noodles, vermicelli and rice plates. Soups are slowly cooked and have broth that takes hours to perfect. You can get regular or big bowls of the popular noodle soup, topped with eighteen varieties of beef or veggies. Rice bowls are loaded with meats or tofu and sauces, like the Sauteed Black Pepper Beef or Grilled Lemongrass Chicken. Bahn-mi sandwiches are also available, filled with pork, chicken, or beef and cool, crisp vegetables.
