Cured

Cured is home to more than ten pet-friendly tables outside. The chefs at Cured utilize regional ingredients, organic methods, and hand-crafted cured foods in their kitchen. They create a varied menu for lunch and dinner during the week, and brunch and dinner on Saturdays. It wouldn't be a visit to Cured without trying some items from the charcuterie, cured from thirty days to twelve months, made in-house and displayed in their humidity-controlled locker. For something a little larger, you may want to try one of the large plates, such as the Beer Can Mussels, housemade tasso ham, PBR, whipped aioli, and fries on the side.
