    Vitek's BBQ

    Family-owned and operated, Vitek's BBQ is a dog-friendly spot to grab a meal in Waco. Dog owners can head to one of the many outdoor tables in its sheltered Biergarten, to enjoy a meal alongside Fido. Dogs must remain leashed during their visit to Vitek's. The BBQ restaurant's menu includes traditional sandwiches, tacos, plates of brisket, bbq ribs, and hickory smoked chicken, spuds, pulled pork nachos, and its famous Gut Pack, Frito's Corn Chips, shredded cheddar cheese, sausage, hand-chopped brisket, beans, pickles, onions, jalapeno peppers, and bbq sauce served with sliced bread. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in Banana Pudding, Freshly Baked Cookies, Pecan Cobbler, or one of its cheesecake flavors. Vitek's BBQ is open Monday from 11:00am to 3:00pm, Tuesday through Friday from 10:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Visit Website

      Amazing service!

      We showed up 15 minutes before they closed, and they still made room for us and socialized with us. The food was great and service was amazing!

      Awesome Place To Take The Pooch!!

      Great location with plenty of shaded outdoor dining! Great food! Delicious! Yummy yummy in my tummy.

      Great food, pet lovers!

      Dogs are welcome inside and out! the workers are very friendly to dogs and provided us water for our Vizsla pup! The food is also unmatched! All the cuts of meat (brisket, jalapeño sausage, gut) were great. Nachos and spuds were also awesome. highly recommend for great food and pet friendly place.

      Good Barbecue, Great Patio!

      The barbecue was good, and the potato salad was amazing (though the cole slaw can be skipped). The staff was friendly and offered a bowl and water for our pups. The patio is covered and very comfortable!
