Rita's Italian Ice
Rita's Italian Ice on Fairfax Boulevard has pet-friendly outdoor benches, so you are welcome to bring your dog along. Rita's Italian Ice has dozens of flavors of Italian ices, cream ices, soft serve custard and more. You can choose from flavors like Swedish Fish, Pumpkin Pie, and Green Apple. Get your ice or cream turned into Mistos Shakes, Milkshakes, or Frozen Drinks. Try a Gelati, which is custard on top of an Italian ice, or the Blendini, which blends custard with your choice of toppings. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside while you go in to order.

I must have missed the tables. There are 2 benches outside the front door, and they have plate glass windows. So you will be able to tie up your dog and see him while you run in to order. The Italian Ice is really good, particularly the banana flavor. Will have to go back again to see if I see these tables of which they speak.
