Mellow Mushroom
The founders of Mellow Mushroom opened their first restaurant because they saw pizza baking as an art form and wanted to offer other people the chance to enjoy their art. Mellow Mushroom on Jefferson Avenue is home to twelve pet-friendly tables outside, so you can bring Fido with you to enjoy a specialty pie, calzone, hoagie, or salad. One of their most popular pies is the Holy Shiitake Pie, an olive oil and garlic base, shiitake, button, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Mont Amore, finished with a garlic aioli swirl and a spritz of black truffle oil.

My husband and I brought our dog here and the service and food was great! The waitress even came by and asked us if we needed a bowl of water for our dog! Will be returning :)
