    Dogs are allowed at Mission BBQ on Colonial Avenue SW. Outside, you and Fido will discover eight pet-friendly tables to peruse. The patriotic founders of Mission BBQ strive to remind everyone what makes America great, the homegrown heroes. They believe that BBQ is the most American thing going and they serve their authentic meats in honor of those Americans who serve the country. You can take a look at the meat market menu that includes brisket, pulled pork, turkey, pulled chicken, and sausage. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order. Visit Website

      Booker loves BBQ

      Great food. Great people. Wonderful shaded patio. He had water before we had food. :). We love Mission BBQ.

      Great BBQ

      Very good place to stop. They have outside picnic tables with umbrellas. ( note to those who aren’t quite limber, you have to step over the bench to sit at the table)
      They smoke the meat in a huge converted army truck and it smells so good out there!
      I had the sliced brisket sandwich, collard greens, and cheesy potatoes. The sandwich was piled high with brisket, the potatoes were good, but those collards! They are absolutely delicious! I’m going to try to replicate their recipe they’re so good! The cornbread wasn’t dry and had a bit of sugar in it, the pulled pork was good and smoky as well. Each table has 6 different bbq sauce selections. I highly recommend Mission BBQ!

      Great stop! Excellent food and service. So dog friendly.

      You place your order at the counter. Cashier made sure we had everything for outdoor dining. We had just sat down when a server brought out a nice, cold fresh water bowl for the dog.

      Ribs were delicious. Memphis Belle sauce was our favorite.

      Very dog friendly

      No table service, but they did bring us a fresh bowl of water for the dog. The ribs were great, and they give a free dessert (banana pudding) to military. 8 picnic tables with umbrellas in an enclosed area.

      Very dog friendly

      It was over 100 degrees when we needed a dog friendly establishment on our cross country trip. Of course the options were outdoor dinning. Mission BBQ was great. I had our own bowlmand some water but they brought her a bowl of ice water and entertained her while we ate. Such great people. Many staff members came out to meet her!
