Located in a building constructed in 1916, Preservation Kitchen prides itself on preserving the cuisine of the region. Outside, you and Fido will find eight pet-friendly tables to dine at. The seasonal menu at Preservation Kitchen utilizes sustainable, organic ingredients whenever possible and source their ingredients from local farms, bakeries, and coffee roasters. On the summer menu, you'll find steak and mash, duck, or caramelized short ribs for dinner. Preservation Kitchen is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30am to 9:00pm, Friday from 11:30am to 10:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00pm, Sunday from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
