Dogs are welcome at Friends on the Square. Fido can join you at one of the two pet-friendly tables outside. The old-time decor will remind you of times gone by. They even sell decor, clothing, and little trinkets to turn your own house into a homage to the past. Local patrons are drawn to the cafe by the coffee and the numerous ice cream flavors, including hot fudge sundaes, sea salt caramel, and banana split. If you're looking for something a little more substantial for lunch, they dish up plenty of paninis and soups. Friends on the Square is open Monday through Saturday from 6:30am to 9:00pm and Sunday from 8:00am to 9:00pm.
