They serve plenty of hot favorites from the Land of the Rising Sun, including hibachi chicken, steak, salmon, and scallop. For lunch, you may want to grab one of the bento boxes on offer, ranging from a chicken teriyaki lunch box to a chicken and vegetable tempura lunch box. The kitchen also whips up a number of raw dishes, such as the sushi sampler, karashi octopus, and crab tartar. Fuji Sushi and Hibachi is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00am to 2:30pm for lunch, and Monday through Thursday from 4:30 to 9:30pm, Friday to Saturday from 2:30pm to 10:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am to 9:00pm for dinner.       Friendly, welcoming staff

      While visiting Madison recently, our group + dog dined on the patio at Fuji. The location is smack in the middle of an outdoor mall, so far from a quaint location - but the patio itself is fine. The staff and manager were incredibly welcoming to our dog - excited to see her and happy to accommodate in whatever way they could. The food was plentiful and good (huge bento boxes filled to the brim). Overall, recommended.
