Bistro 101 is a dog-friendly restaurant serving seasonally changing dishes made of locally grown and foraged produce, fresh seafood, certified Angus beef steaks, roasted pork, chicken, and more. The Bistro is located in scenic downtown Mt. Horeb and offers five outdoor tables to dog owners wanting to kick back and take it all in with Fido by their side. Bistro 101's menu includes starters such as Bacon-Wrapped Dates, Salmon Canapes, and House Flatbread, soups, salads, shareable plates, entrees such as Shrimp and Bay Scallop Carbonara, Roasted Chicken Breast, Filet Mignon, and Orecchiette with Wild Mushrooms. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in Creme Brulee, Seasonal Tarts, Cheesecake, Homemade Ice Cream, and more. Bistro 101 is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 9pm.
