Uncaged Tasting Room, located in Palm Coast, FL, is a unique wine and sushi bar that serves up a variety of tasty eats. Choose from menu options including small bites, soups, salads, charcuterie, cheese boards, sushi, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their many pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your evening. Try the Uncaged Salad with mixed greens, Stilton fruit cheese, almonds, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, and strawberry-poppyseed dressing. Or go for the Flame Roll with fried salmon skin, cream cheese, avocado, scallions, smoked salmon, cilantro, and eel sauce. Uncaged Tasting Room is open Tuesday through Thursday from 7am to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 7am to 10pm.

This is one of our favorite spots to go in the Hammock. The food is delicious, they have great live music, an awesome selection of beers and wines, and the staff is all very friendly and accommodating.
