University Drafthouse
University Drafthouse, located in Edinburg, TX, is a casual bar and eatery that serves up a variety of delicious fare. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a cold beer and an order of the Fried Pickles, then chow down on the Greek Burger - a ground lanmb and beef patty topped with cinnamon mint, basil, roasted tomato, arugula, red onions, feta, cucumbers, and tzatziki sauce on a whole grain bun. Or go for the Free Bird Sandwich with grilled chicken, whole grain mustard, Granny Smith apples, avocado, pine nuts, scallions, sprouts, and chipotle mayo on a whole grain bun. University Drafthouse is open Sunday through Wednesday from 11am to 12am, and Thursday through Saturday from 11am to 2am.

The food was good, mostly Burgers. The patio was nice and shaded, and they brought out a bowl of water for out pup. Service was a little slow, but we were not in a hurry.
