HG Bistro
HG Bistro, located in Puyallup, WA, is a relaxed eatery that serves up a variety of delicious fare. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with an order of the Crab Rolls with dungeness/jonah crab meat, minced red peppers, chives, aged gruyere, cream cheese, garlic, and chili soy sauce. Next, chow down on the Mediterranean Capellini Diavolo - capellini pasta with black olives, artichoke hearts, shallots, diavolo tomato sauce, heavy cream, feta, parsley, and your choice of sauteed prawns, grilled chicken, or micro-plant vegetarian beef. Or go for the Bacon Jam Steak-Chop Burger - a chuck steak-short rib-blend burger topped with bourbon-bacon jam, creamy fontina, Mama Lil's peppers, bistro mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickled red wine onions on a brioche bun. HG Bistro is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30am to 9:30pm, Friday through Saturday from 11:30am to 10pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 9pm.

They have a nice patio for your four legged friend and are very welcoming. Several waitstaff came and greeted our dog and made sure his water dish was filled. Excellent food too and a fabulous happy hour
