      Awesome dog friendly location

      Fine dining by the River on a fabulous outdoor patio. nice place for a cocktail after walking on the Silverthorne trail. this trail is a nice loop with wide paths and lots of nice views of the river.

      Don't miss lunch spot!

      If you are in the area with Fido make sure you stop at Sauce n the blue! Awesome staff, great food and they bring your dog a bowl of water when they bring you some too! All the staff that walked by wanted to stop to say hi to Tilly and she loved the attention! We can't wait to come back!

      Great Food, Good Service and Very Dog Friendly

      After driving from Albuquerque with our German Shepherd and our Black Lab, we were thrilled to have an early dinner at Sauce on the Blue. We sat on the patio at the back of the restaurant, with a nice view of the trees and the water and with the sound of the Blue River rushing along. The service was great and the friendly staff provided water and treats for the dogs. We arrived during Happy Hour, so we had good Italian white and red wine for just $5 per glass. For food, we ordered 6 different selections from their $6 small plate Happy Hour selection. Each of these was delicious, and it gave us an opportunity to sample a variety of their excellent cuisine. For desert, I had the bourbon gelato and my wife had the Oreo cookie ice cream pie. Both were excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to return before we leave town for the remainder of our drive to Michigan. Our dogs also recommend Sauce on the Blue.

      Great food, great atmosphere, super friendly to dogs!

      The very first thing they did was bring my pup water... I get the feeling that they really want her there!

      Spectacular Location

      Food is great and so is the service.
      They are very accommodating of dogs. As you are seated, they bring a bowl of ice water and dog cookies. Just a pleasure to visit Don’t miss this great patio in Silverthorne
