    The Copper Dock, located in Hubertus, WI, is a relaxing American eatery that serves up a myriad of delicious fare with a beautiful lakeside view. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with an order of the Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with horseradish aioli and toasted baguettes. Next, chow down on the Pan Seared Duck Breast with honey and thyme glaze, mushrooms, and peas. Or go for the Seafood Casserole with scallops, shrimp, lobster, cod, and parmesan cheese, baked with a sherry garlic cream sauce, and topped with toasted breadcrumbs.       Great spot

      Called ahead and Heather (I think the owner) seemed excited to have us bring our dog. There was an entrance to the yard from the lot. My husband put out spot in at the hostess desk and got drinks from the bar. A waitress brought our dog a bowl of water while we waited for our table in adirondak chairs looking over the lake. Perch and Blue Gill dinners were great. Diners were tolerant (and some very interested in) our learning to go out puppy. The servers were great about him. It was a great visit for our learning to behave pup. And great menu and food!!!
