Arizona Stronghold Vineyards, located in Cottonwood, AZ, is a casual wine bar that also serves up some tapas-style eats. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a refreshing glass of vino, of course, then chow down on an order of the Zucchini Spears grilled and seasoned with olive oil and garlic powder. Or go for the Duck Skewers with orange, raspberry chipotle, and kalbi sauces. Caffrey Approved!
There wasn't much traffic at the winery when we visited, so Caffrey was allowed inside the building (where there was air conditioning!). She settled in on one of the comfy couches and "helped" us eat the meat & cheese board we got with our tasting flights. One of the servers even brought her a Beggin' Strip. Good selection of wines, and comfortable setting.
