The Cork and Cleaver
The Cork and Cleaver, located in Montgomery, AL, is a trendy gastropub that serves up a variety of delicious fare. Start off with a craft cocktail and an order of the Tuna Nachos - wontons topped with ahi tuna, Asian slaw, sesame seeds, green onions, wasabi sour cream, and sriracha bbq sauce. Next, chow down on the Pork Belly Bahn Mi Sandwich with pork belly, pickled carrots, pickled daikon, cilantro, and sriracha. Or go for the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken breast, homemade Alfredo sauce, grape tomatoes, and parmesan. The Cork and Cleaver is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 11am to 10pm.

we took our westie on a short car trip and stopped here on the way home for dinner. ( she had been terrible on the trip so we asked to sit as far away from people as we could) the staff was so accommodating for our stinker as well as customers and most of all the food was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone with or without pets.
