They have a nice patio area in front and back of the restaurant and allow dogs on leashes. They provide water, and waiters are great.

Came here after a long walk for a Sunday breakfast. The food is outstanding, we loved the chicken and waffles. And they offered Bessie a bowl of ice water. Will definitely return soon!
