Start off with a glass of wine and an order of the Limousin Beef Tartare with cornichon, capers, shallot, Tabasco, and egg yolk. Next, tuck into the Seafood Stew with aromatics, fennel, potato, white wine, tomato, garlic, and grilled focaccia. Or go for the Grilled Rack of Lamb with polenta cake, mixed veggies, and rosemary veal demi-glace. Cave Vin is open Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 5:30pm to 10pm.
