  What more could you want???

  This place is a dream. Food, beer, dogs, honestly what more could you ask for??? My only cons are, the lights over the park don’t seem to be working or turn on? With it getting darker earlier, I wish we were still able to enjoy the park and being able to see. People seem to treat this as a daycare? The leave their dogs unsupervised for a while… which has the potential to be extremely problematic. But overall, the staff, the usual customers, is all great!

  The Best Dog Park Ever!

  We love good food, draft beer and dogs. The Shacks has it all. This is the best dog-friendly venue we have ever seen. They have multiple restaurants on an elevated patio above a dog park. Try the Texas Burrito at OMG Tacos and have a cold draft beer from GRRROWLER'S. Enjoy your meal while watching dogs play below. Chat with other dog owners. It's heaven...

  Our favorite place!!

  This is a great place if you’re looking to have good food/drinks without leaving your dog home alone. There’s a great selection of food for everybody.

  Our favorite park

  Great way to spend the weekend. Growler has a great selection of beer. The park is always so well maintained. Lots of dog friends to make in the big and little dog parks.

  Boomer road trip from MI

  atmosphere was great! dog park was large and fairly clean. It was a long road trip so it was nice to allow Boomer to play and run some energy off while also having a few beers. I do wish they had more water accessible to the dogs, only one small drinking water bowl available so it was tough for him to even get to the water when busy. We went up to the bar to get some and you do have to pay for it. I would recommend just bringing your own.

  So! Much! Fun!

  We found ourselves needing to kill most of the day in the Dallas area, with our dog in tow. I stumbled upon the Google listing for The Shacks and decided it sounded like the perfect one stop shop for us, and a fun day for Henry. We had a blast! The food was so incredibly good! If you buy food or drink from one of the shacks, you get a free day pass to the park. The patios are clean with great seating. The park is roomy with lots of places for owners to sit, and there were so many dogs to play with! Friendly people and puppets, we will definitely be stopping here again!
