Switchback Smokehouse
Switchback Smokehouse, located in Kittredge, CO, is a casual bbq joint that serves up a variety of tasty, protein-laden fare. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Try the Broken Rover Sandwich with thinly-sliced Montreal smoked brisket, cheese, remoulade, and your choice of coleslaw or sauerkraut on brioche or rye bread. Or go for the District Sandwich with sliced duck breast, goat cheese, mixed greens, tomato, fried onion, and lemon aioli on brioche. Switchback Smokehouse is open Thursday through Friday from 11am to 8pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

Each time go here never disappoints. Only problem so good they some times run out. Patio sits along bear creek. Trees shade the patio. Brought my 3 German shepherds and they were treated as if they were paying for bill. Staff made sure the pups all had enough water. The staff also kept coming by to give love to the pups. Also wish they were open each day of the week.
