  Aqui's NOT dog friendly

  The Aqui's in Cupertino also does not allow dogs on their patio. Unfortunate since we often have our dogs with us.
  They are losing business as a result of this policy. Many great Cupertino locations that welcome dogs.

  Limited Dog Seating

  Although Aqui is one of my very favorite places to eat (and I eat here often), I was surprised that the owner will not allow dogs on the back patio. I even mentioned the California law, and they said it is up to the owners. The person told me the owners are dog owners and like dogs, but do not want them on their back patio. Over the last year, the added a few tables in front of the business, on the sidewalk (which has zero ambiance). There are very few seat available, since this restaurant is always packed. It's good in a pinch. However, if I have my dog with me, I'm likely to go to another place that is more accomodating.
