Oliver's, located in Santa Barbara, CA, is a trendy eatery that serves up a variety of delicious plant-based fare. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with an order of the Kung Pao Cauliflower with cashew and Japanese chili. Next, chow down on the Pear & Gorgonzola Flatbread topped with arugula pesto, caramelized onion, walnuts, and balsamic glaze. Or go for the Impossible Burger topped with cheddar, roasted poblano peppers, coconut bacon, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, and secret sauce on a pretzel bun. Oliver's is open Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm.

This restaurant is casually super-elegant. Beautiful patio, welcoming to dogs, and absolutely delicious, creative, vegan gourmet food. Amazing cocktails, too. Very pleasant for the whole human/canine family!
