Start off with a Michelada (Tecate, lime, hot sauce) and an order of the Carnitas Taco with oven-braised pork, guacamole, pickled onion, Rocket sauce, and cilantro. Or go for the Sweet Potato Black Bean Taco with chipotle-spiced sweet potatoes, black beans, guacamole, lime crema, and pepitas. Rocket Taco is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30am to 8pm, Friday through Saturday from 11:30am to 9pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 8pm.

We were staying on Whidbey Island for a few weeks and loved coming to Rocket Taco. The food is fantastic with amazing tacos, guacamole and drinks. They have a beautiful dog-friendly patio with a grassy lawn and games for kids to play. There is also an ice cream shop right next door!
